Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the Los Angeles area from our showroom at 503 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004.

• Within 10 miles of our store: FREE delivery and FREE assembly.
• 10 to 50 miles: Orders are accepted. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery availability, schedule, and any additional delivery fee before your order is delivered. If delivery to your address isn't possible, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• More than 50 miles: Delivery is not available at this time.

Scheduling Your Delivery
You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout (available from 72 hours after your order). After you order, we'll contact you to confirm your delivery date and time window. Delivery dates depend on product availability; if an item needs more time, we'll let you know and work with you on a new date.

All items in an order are delivered together in one delivery.

What's Included
Free delivery and assembly within 10 miles includes:
• Delivery to your room of choice
• Assembly of the furniture in your order
• Removal of packaging and debris from your order

Removal or disposal of your existing furniture is not included.

Before Delivery Day
• Please measure doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators to make sure your furniture will fit.
• Clear a path to the room where the furniture will be placed.
• Let us know in advance about stairs, elevators, building delivery rules, parking restrictions, or required insurance certificates.
• An adult (18 or older) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

At Delivery
Please inspect your furniture with our delivery team before they leave. If anything is damaged or defective, let the team know and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.

Rescheduling or Missed Deliveries
Need to change your delivery date? Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. If no one is available at the scheduled time, we'll contact you to arrange a new date.
